Internal versus External Environments of Kudler Fine Foods NeShawn Y. Mack University of Phoenix June 22, 2010 Kudler Fine Foods In society today beginning health is top priority. Many will go all extremes to obtain the healthier lifestyle desired by so many. Kudler Fine Foods has three locations that give healthier food options for everyday meals. Kulder Fine Foods offers organic and non-organic foods to surround areas to for those wanting a healthier lifestyle but at a reasonable price. As Kudler Fine Foods move forward in the business there are internal and external issues that have to discuss and plan has to occur for Kulder Fine Food to remain successful. External versus Internal Kudler Fine Foods is a business that†¦show more content†¦Ã¢â‚¬Å"Inside stakeholders consist of executive officers, board of directors, stockholders, and employees (Pearce Robinson, 2009).’ These people have daily connections within the business. These people keep the business functioning on a daily bases for consumers use. â€Å"Outside stakeholders are customers, suppliers, government, unions, competitors, and general public (Pearce Robinson, 2009).† These are the people who keep the business successful. Outside stakeholders may invest more into the business because they use it the most. Kudler Fine Foods need outside stakeholders to remain competitive against other businesses that provide the same services. Outside stakeholder can make or break a business based on his or her wants and needs for the business. Kudler Fine Foods has to make sure that regardless of whichever stakeholder a person maybe that his or her opinions are c onsisted when making major decisions. Inside stakeholders provide monies in order for Kudler Fine Foods to survive globally within the market. Inside stakeholders make major decisions for the business that possibly affect the outside stakeholders. If inside stakeholders make decisions that outside stakeholder do not agree with may cause him or her to go others places to receive the same services.
